The founder and leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministry, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah who has arrogated to himself the powers of the nation’s prophet has revealed that he has over time made enemies in the country because of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He said many have tagged him as an NPP Man of God just because he has in time past made prophecies that favoured the NPP and came to pass but stated that there are some persons within the governing party who do not also like him. “The hatred I have in this country is because of the prophecies God has used me to do that favour the NPP”, he lamented on NET 2 Television on Monday in an interview MyNewsGh.com monitored.

According to him, there is a section of members within the governing party who are also averse to his style of doing things observing that at a point he gets disappointed in the way things are even done.

“I am begging NPP, sometimes there are things they do and we all get disappointed. There was a time where a communicator of the party was very angry with the party. I had to intervene and speak with the person to soften his stance against his own party”, he disclosed.

Explaining his beef with the NDC, he said he had in times past prophesied they were going to win elections which came to pass but just because the tables turned they tagged him and he was now being hated most.

“But those people who hate me have suddenly forgotten that the same God has used me and prophesied for them to win elections in this country and came to government.

Those time they came and took me to Abokobi where we fasted and prayed and they won the election…that time I was not an NDC Man of God but when God revealed to me something that did not favour them I have become an enemy to the NDC. Not all NDC members hate me, some of them love me”, he said.

His disappointment, however, came when he made some prophecies about the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu on New Year’s eve where some leading members of the NPP came after him explaining it was one of his low points.

“Do you know that after the prophecy about Chief Imam some leading members of the NPP abused me on live radio? There are times something in the NPP look very disappointing”, he observed.
