The deputy minister for Agric and MP for the Manso-Adubia Constituency, Yaw Frimpong Addo, has eulogized the late John Kumah Ampontuah Kumah (Esq), for being a vibrant figure whose absence has been felt.

According to the long-serving MP, although the late John Kumah spent only a few years in parliament, his absence has left a significant void in both his constituency and parliament that needs to be filled.

Describing him as respectful, truthful and dedicated, the minister said the young MP was someone who had the ability to convince people due to the good rapport he had with everyone.

He said, that when it came to issues of disagreement between the majority and the minority, especially in terms of finances, the Late John Kumah was able to convince most NDC members who would be on the other side.

"We all needed to mourn the Late John Kumah because he is worth it. Yesterday, for instance, we were all sad during a parliamentary sitting.

"One thing I remember the Late John Kumah for was his ability to bring different factions together. You see, parliament is usually built in bridges and it isn't common to get someone who cuts across. Cutting across the other sides was the hallmark of the Late John Kumah. He was known to be someone who could go to our brothers in NDC to explain things for them to understand, especially when it came to financial debate," The Deputy Agric Minister disclosed.

He continued that it was good Ejisu had gotten a replacement for the Late John Kumah in parliament, and he prayed that his replacement would be the best.
