Leave Freddy Blay alone - Group tells Ntim

Aspiring National Chairman of the NPP, Freddy Blay Aspiring National Chairman of the NPP, Freddy Blay

A group calling itself Patriotic Youth for Blay has cautioned aspiring national Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Stephen Ayesu Ntim and his team to concentrate on their campaign instead of badmouthing his main competitor, Freddy Blay.

According to the group, since Mr. Ntim and his campaign team has no convincing message to sell to the delegates, they have resorted to attacking the campaign message of Mr. Blay, especially his promise to provide every constituency with a bus.

In a press statement signed by the convener of the group, Diamond Ashong, the coalition alleged that Mr. Blay is already fulfilling his campaign promise hence makes him more likely to emerge winner after the delegates conference.
“Mr. Blay is focused on his campaign and very committed to delivering every single campaign promise. As we speak, the 275 buses have safely arrived in the country and are being cleared at the ports.

One thing that is obvious is that, Mr.Ntim and his team has no convincing message to sell to the delegates thus the desperate attempt to attack Chairman Blay and his messages. Another thing that is clear is that, Mr. Blay is winning the 7th July conference hands down.

Already, eight (8) out of the 10 regional chairmen have all declared their support for chairman Blay. We therefore see this as a mere attempt to neutralize these boost for the Blay campaign.”

RE: 275 buses NPPs idea, not Blays "419" - Ntim's Camp

The attention of Patriotic Youth for Blay has been drawn to a propaganda piece in the form of a news item with the above caption on classfmonline.com.
The comment which is purported to have been made by a member of Ntim's team alleged in the piece that the idea of procuring the buses is that of the party and not an initiative of Mr. Blay.

We would like to state on records that, the NPP as an establishment has no such thing (policy) on its desk to implement. At no point in time has the party’s leadership or Secretariat thought of any such project.

That the original plan is not from Mr. Blay is neither here nor there; assuming without admitting that it’s not Blay's idea, how come the supposed owner never communicated, initiated or implemented it. The piece itself goes to discredit the propagandist as it exposes several inconsistencies and conflicting statements.

They claim the whole idea is a scam; if that's the case, how can a supposed scam be a stolen concept? If indeed no buses have been procured, why then are they claiming it’s not Blay's idea, the deception.

We would like to use this opportunity to caution and advice the opponents of Mr. Blay to desist from unhealthy, untruth and negative campaigns and to rather focus on the messages of their campaign.

Mr.
