The ridge hospital, not a new one but just refurbishment and/or renovation cost makes it the single most expensive hospital in the whole Africa. This includes North and South African Hospitals. Will some of the fool ndc soldiers educate mahama that free shs has enlightened those who who will surely vote agsinst him. Balony.
