It's simple WAEC should provide substitute papers for English and RME BECE candidates who could not write the papers.

Surprised at GNAT and NAGRAT blaming the Minstry cos they know it is the GES that is responsible for the exams beginning from registration selection of venues, invigilators, supervisors, police, schools to take part to writing the exams. The Regional and District Directors knew of the umpass long before the unset of the exams what did they do and you unions are ather blaming the Mins.
