Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew is among the top scorers in the African qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The experienced Black Stars forward is ranked third on the top scorers' list.
Jordan Ayew, with four goals, is only trailing the Egyptian duo Mohammed Salah (5 goals) and Mahmoud Trezeguet (5 goals).
Ayew joined the top scorers' list following his outstanding performance in the last two matches for the Black Stars of Ghana.
In a game against Mali last Thursday, the striker came off the bench to score the winning goal, leading the Black Stars to a 2-1 victory.
Subsequently, Jordan Ayew scored a sensational hat-trick on Monday, propelling Ghana to a 4-3 win over the Central African Republic.
The Crystal Palace attacker hopes to continue scoring for the Black Stars in the next round of games to aid Ghana's qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
