Veteran tactician Malik Jabir has emphasized that Ghana as a country must have good national transitional policy for our players.

According to the former Black Stars player , all the players and coaches of the under aged teams must earn promotion to the next category as it will help their development.

“As it stands now, there are no smooth transitional policy and players are being called into national teams any how,” Jabir told footballmadeinghana.com

“When a team fails to perform in a tournament we should still keep them and prepare them well for the next age competition,”

“Another important aspect is that we must have adequate preparation prior to tournament s and not wait till few weeks before. We must be serious about our national transitional policy and preparation if we want to compete with others.”

The Black Starlets are the only age group who will participate in a FIFA competition for Ghana this year.
