Ghana Black Starlets deputy coach Yaw Preko says the Normalization Committee have done nothing beneficial as they come to the end of their mandate.

The four-man team was appointed by Fifa in August 2018 to run the day-to-day activities of the sport in the country following Ghana FA’s dissolution in June due to corruptions in the Anas number #12 Expose.

With less than three weeks to reach the deadline, Preko insists the committee have been abysmal.

“So far as there is no football, they have done nothing. Unless we start something you can’t say they have done something. We want to play football. I believe they are putting things in order for the return of football but as at now there is nothing to show.” Preko told Light FM

“It’s already six month, let’s hope for the better, we are hoping and praying whatever they will implement will be good for us. The country is so quite and if not Kotoko who have brought something for us things would have been worse”

The Normalization Committee are seeking an extension from FIFA despite failing to bring back local competitive football.
