Bankroller of King Faisal Babies, Alhaji Karim Grusah has descended heavily on Owoahene Acheampong who is reported to be among the names being considered as member of the Normalisation Committee for the Ghana Football.

FIFA Manager of Member Association, Luca Nicola together with FIFA Director of Member Associations and Development for Africa and the Caribbean, Veron Mosengomba and CAF first Vice President and leader of Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick are currently vetting nominated members for the committee.

However, Grusah has cast doubt on the integrity of Chairman of Division One League Board, Owoahene Achampong, to be part of the Normalization committee.

“We have a video of Owoahene Achampong sharing money during his election. He can’t pass the integrity test”. “If we are serious about the reforms, what will Owoahene Achampong be doing there," Grusah quizzed on Happy FM.

The outspoken veteran football administrator went on to question the competence of former Black Star player, Osei Kofi, who is also rumoured to be considered as a member of the committee.

“Rev. Osei Kofi is untruthful. What administrative work has he done in football? Grusah asked rhetorically.

All members of the Normalisation committee must pass an eligibility check to be carried out by the FIFA Review Committee.

The Normalisation committee will act as an electoral committee and none of its members will be eligible for any of the open positions in the elections.
