Thomas Partey, Fatawu Issahaku arrive in camp ahead of Angola, Niger games

Black Stars captain Thomas Partey and Leicester City forward Fatawu Issahaku are the latest players to arrive safely ahead of Ghana's 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

They joined six other players who arrived on Sunday, September 1, 2024, to take the number to 8 players.

The players who reported on Sunday include Antoine Semenyo, Thomas Bradon Asante, Tariq Lamptey, Jonas Adjetey, Ibrahim Osman, and Jojo Wollacott.

The rest of the squad are expected to arrive today, September 2, 2024, as the team is scheduled to begin preparations for Angola.

Otto Addo named his 23-man squad, comprising 3 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 5 midfielders, and 7 forwards, on Thursday, August 29, 2024.

The team's first training is scheduled for today before they depart for Kumasi on Tuesday to continue their preparations.

The Black Stars will host Angola in Kumasi on September 5, 2024, before visiting Niger on September 9.
