All African Games All African Games

The departed Ghanaian contingent for the upcoming All African Games has been remunerated ahead of the continental sporting festival.

The multi faceted sporting team left the shores of the country for Congo Brazzaville with the hope of defending a number of medals won in the last edition.

The entire team was motivated with GHc 2,500 each before departing for the tournament.

Information reaching sportscrusader.com has that each athlete in the entire team was paid 50 dollars a day for 10 days before leaving to Congo Brazzaville.

The 500 dollars paid to each of the competing athlete is to inspire them to podium finishes in their various field when the competition gets into its latter stages.

The team has been under the spot light for the wrong reasons amid Martha Bissah’s missed trip and the sudden demise of Ghana’s number one cyclist, Samuel Anim.
