    Investors are not fools to purchase a Treasury bill at the rate of 15% when inflation rate is 23%. This is just the beginning of demonstrating to Ato Forson that investors are not fools and cannot be taken for granted.

    We're not going back to the days of 35% interest rate. We should cut down on the borrowing and the waste. If investors don't like less than 20% interest rate, let them go and invest in the private sector.
