    I can see the difference now, between good managers of the economy and bad managers. The ex Government just trashed Ghana into bankruptcy and can't even pay pensioners.

    I'm not convinced. Government is recoiling. Don't renew any mine when the lease period ends. Why Ghanaians cannot mine thier own resources?
