Ask them why they are crying that Ghana and the NPP should be like Mills, and you will understand this report very well.
The NDC thieves of Ghana who borowed to loot on the back of the oil discovery as opposed to investing in intelligent projects that could generate growth making repament of the loans possible, will not enjoy the loot. The loot will be collected and also spend a considerable amount of time in the coolers spread across the country.
There will be no be like Mills in the matter, but complete and swift hard discipline, so should NDC come back maybe in 2050, they will have a clear understanding of what development is about. That mindset and love of thievery is going to be recalibrated in the coconuts of the NDC party, totally.

Now coming back to the issue at stake,they all come into government to sell state properties and borrow from Inside and outside,what makes the difference?As for me,they are all crooks,no difference as you read in this report.Tell me just one thing that this new government has invested in to repay our debt.Don't tell me borrowing Ghc41.15 billion to retire and old debt is a strategic Investment.If this is what you call competent govt then my friend you are rather ignorant.Thank you.
