It is obvious to state that the life journey of Gifty Anti, host of the standpoint hasn’t been easy though today, she’s among the celebrated media personalities in the country.
With such a story, she is ever ready to show appreciation to God Almighty for his goodness and this was evident at this year’s 'Women In Worship’ event which was held at the Trinity Baptist Church in Accra on Saturday.
The host of the standpoint couldn’t stand still as she danced all over to the thanksgiving songs sung by renowned gospel musician, Selina Boateng on stage.
Sharing in the joy of her wife, Nana Ansah Kwao, husband of Gifty Anti could be spotted dancing to the tunes of the gospel musician as he also shows his dance prowess on stage to grace the day celebration.
The day celebration was in line with the launch of Gifty Anti’s new book ‘A bit of me’.
According to Oheneyere Gifty Anti, the pains and ‘agony’ she went through after she broke her leg inspired her to write her newly launched book.
She further stated that ‘A bit of me’ was written based on her past experience which contains both the beautiful moments and the ugly, adding that, the book will be a motivation to persons in such a situation she was years back.
She said, “When I broke my leg and I was home and nearly pushed to depression because I couldn’t do anything not even to talk of going downstairs. I was stuck for three weeks. That it is where it dawned on me that this cannot be in vain. I need to share, I need to let people understand what we go through.”
