Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has expressed gratitude to gospel musician, Cwesi Oteng for endorsing his candidature ahead of this year’s general elections.
The urban gospel musician last Saturday took to his twitter handle to declare his support for the leader of the biggest opposition party in Ghana.
The endorsement has been welcomed by Nana Addo who believes, together, they can restore hope in Ghanaians.

As Ghana goes to the polls on December 7, many celebrities have declared their support for the two major political parties – National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Clement Bonney (Mr Beautiful), Mzbel, Michael Ola, John Dumelo, Papa Nii and Bukom Banku are some showbiz personalities who have endorsed the NDC while Socrate Safo, Kwame A Plus, Lucky Mensah, Mark Okraku-Mantey, Daddy Lumba, Wisa and Great Ampong are for the NPP.
President John Mahama who was a veep became president following the demise of President John Atta Mills in 2012. He seeks a second term with the hope of beating Nana Akufo-Addo, presidential candidate of NPP who is contesting for the third consecutive time.
