    Hahaha! on a serioius note these professional are recriuted ethically.
    The minister is beating about the bush or what do they call it. these nurses mostly educzted privately so hold no bonds.

    Every year, a worker level on the payroll is supposed to change automatically which comes with a little raise in salary but unless Controller staff are paid some money they won't change it, a staff who doesn't know about this ...
