The Member of Parliament for Afram Plains South in the Eastern Region, Joseph Appiah Boateng has pleaded with citizens to focus on the bigger picture and not let personal or political differences affect their unity as a community.
He emphasized that their common goal should be progress and development for Afram Plains South.
The MP assured the party faithful that he would work tirelessly to bring development to the constituency if they voted for him and former President John Dramani Mahama.
He also asked for their support and cooperation in achieving this goal.
The NDC National Chairman, Asiedu Nketiah, also reiterated the same message of unity and urged party members to put aside their differences and work together for the success of the party.
He encouraged them to rally behind the party's candidate and continue to support the NDC to maintain the seat in the upcoming 2024 elections.
He emphasized that the NDC is a party that believes in unity and inclusivity, urging the people of Afram Plains South to continue supporting the party to bring more development to the area.
The visit by the national chairman was part of his nationwide retail campaign tour to interact with party members, listen to their concerns, and rally support for the NDC ahead of the 2024 elections.
