Anyidoho does not make sensible pronouncement – Dr. Agyei Bawuah

NDC Deputy General Secretary, Koku Anyidoho NDC Deputy General Secretary, Koku Anyidoho

Spokesperson of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Council of Elders, Dr. Agyei Bawuah has taken a swipe on Deputy General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, describing him as someone who lacks credibility to be impartial and even make a good point on issues.

He said in the realm of politics, Anyidoho cannot be singled out as any serious politician in Ghana who has the integrity to speak responsibly on political matters.

Anyidoho has told the NPP to stop pushing for a new voters register, but rather focus on getting an effective leader to replace Nana Akufo-Addo.

According to him, Nana Akufo-Addo lacks qualities of a good leader and is responsible for the deep-seated divisions in the party, adding that “Ghana does not need a new voters register, the NPP rather needs a new flagbearer”.

But speaking on Anopa Kasapa on Kasapa 102.3 FM, Dr. Agyei Bawuah said the NDC Deputy scribe is only picking on the NPP because it seemed to have some internal challenges.

He said Ghanaians cannot take Anyidoho serious on very important matters considering the dirty pronouncement he’s made in the past in the course of his partisan politics.

“I don’t think he’s got what it takes to make a very sensible pronouncement on the ability of the NPP to lead. And I don’t think measure for measure he or people in his party have better leadership qualities than Akufo-Addo,” he fumed at the NDC deputy scribe.
