Why don’t we invest the money improving school buildings, equipment, books and retraining of staff. We are simply eating the much needed investment which will improve our educational standards. We love free things too much.

My last child is in one category A schools but the kind of meal the school serves the students is just not good for purpose and as a result about only one tenth of the student population patronize the food.
