Nigerian govt declares two-day holidays to mark Eid el Kabir
The Nigerian government has declared Thursday and Friday next week as public holidays to mark the Muslim festival of EId-El-Kabir. BADEA grants $6mn to DR Congo for rehabilitation of schools
The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) will release $6 million for the rehabilitation of school infrastructure in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the DRC government said following its Friday meeting. Moroccan police seize two tons of drugs in northern city
Moroccan authorities on Saturad announced the seizure of two tons of drugs from cannabis resin near the northern city of Larache while two drug traffickers were arrested. Liberia launches nationwide yellow fever campaign
