Ghana’s High Commissioner to UK & Ireland Praises JDM FAN CLUB – UK

Report By: Ken N. Johnson

The acting Ghana High Commissioner to the United Kingdom / Ireland, Her Excellency Mrs. Elizabeth Nicole over the weekend praised the JDM Fan Club – UK for their effective campaign strategy to get their leader and patron, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama elected in the December polls.

Speaking at a special event organised by the JDM fun Club UK last Saturday, 17th November in Tottenham, London; the high commissioner was full of praise for the club as she quipped “your emergence as a fan club has contributed immensely to the resurrection of the NDC’s campaign in the UK and Ireland”. Mrs Nicole, congratulated the club and the communications machinery for the immense work that they’ve done so far with enthusiasm and commitment, however, she was also quick to caution the club members against complacency and urged them to continue to work hard to secure an unprecedented One Touch Victory for President John Dramani Mahama and the NDC.

The high commissioner, in her remarks, reminded members to take advantage of the social media network platform to propagate the achievements of the NDC administration within the past four years. She said, should the NDC be re-elected come December 7, President Mahama will work hard to improve the living conditions of all Ghanaians; by putting Ghanaians back to work again, improving maternal care, and addressing the huge challenges facing our education system.

Mrs Nicole, advised the audience not to be detracted by the negative propaganda juggernaut of the NPP against the person of His Excellency President Mahama. She also asserted that, the NPP campaign team is deeply worried because of the waves being made by His Excellency John Mahama on the his campaign tour and their failure to address pertinent questions on their so-called flagship policy on free SHS.

On his part, the ward chairman of Milton Keynes Mr. Peter Kumadi advised members to be circumspect and always desire to seek the truth since that is the tenet of the NDC as a party. Mr Kumadi also extended his appreciation to delegates who participated in the recently held prayer meeting which was organised by the Milton Keynes ward, and advised members of the party to be swift in diffusing the persistent lies of the NPP.
