Dear GhanaWeb,
"Can I give you a ride home?" she asked politely, and I accepted her invitation to join her in her Range Rover. We had a lengthy conversation, and that's how our friendship started.
We became very close, but at some point, we expressed our feelings to each other, and it was mutual.
She broke up with her ex six months before we met. I was worried she was jumping into a relationship very fast, but it's been a year since we started dating and everything is okay.
My problem is that she is very rich, and I, on the other hand, am now climbing my way to the middle class.
We both have different lifestyles and backgrounds, and I'm afraid that could cause a breakup.
I love her very much, but I can't relate to her rich lifestyle, and I know she can't also relate to mine.
How do we make this work?
