Samsung - Bamboozling the public

I find quite offending the dishonest and disturbing tendencies of some giant companies who throw their weights about largely for the inability of individuals to take them on. Their size and wealth may be overwhelmingly frightful to the average consumer and, as such, get off the hook, many-at-times, only to go scot-free.
In this regard, I would like to bring to the fore the bamboozling tactics of one such company, SAMSUNG mobile. Amongst the array of beautifully designed phones, there seem to be very consumer un-friendly models that drive owners to the point of fatal frustration.
Some of these models freeze, heat up like microwave ovens and make fizzling and whizzing sounds, to make matters worse. The Samsung “Ace 3” is an example. I purchased one recently that was unpleasant and irresponsive at all; in fact it is so slow that it sometimes takes three minutes or more to unfreeze and respond, much to my chagrin and frustration.
After some few nerve-wracking days of use, I went to a Samsung dealer at Osu to inquire on what would make a phone misbehave in this manner but the response I got was as nasty as the device itself, much a far cry from being professional and quite insulting, to say the least; “what do you expect but it is EDGE technology”, I was told.
Forgive me but being a lay man in this industry, I inquired further and was told that it is an android phone that is made with primitive technology but at the time that I bought the phone, some 7 weeks ago, it was GHs380 (three hundred and eighty Ghana Cedis) - nothing primitive about the price, I must say, and as if to add insult to injury, it was an apology of a device in this age of android technology.
But, knowing that EDGE is the worst thing that ever happened to mankind, why employ the use of this frustrating so-called technology? If it is not with the intention of SAMSUNG (Korea) to cheat and bamboozle unsuspecting consumers, in Africa, to make some more bucks at our expense, what then could be the reason? At least, the twerps at the retail outlets should be able to forewarn the innocent consumer of this drawback.
People are really suffering, trying to make ends meet, in Ghana and when you have a company that has nothing else in mind than amassing wealth and embezzling the moneys of unsuspecting patrons of such products without any care, whatsoever, to their plight, then they must be battled at all fronts, legal, to inject sanity into their operations.
Not only is this rubbish model, the Ace 3, a curse to the user but other models, as well, having the same damning traits wreak havoc on one’s nerves. I have heard a number of complains about the Samsung Grand and other smaller Galaxy models. I wish to advise the General public to be circumspect with their choice of mobile phones because Samsung products, no matter their cheap international ratings, are quite troublesome.
