The Presidential nominee of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has called on the electorates to go out in their numbers to vote massively for him during the December polls.
He encouraged Ghanaians not to idle in their homes during the elections but exercise their franchise by kicking the Mahama-led National Democratic Congress (NDC) out of power.
He accused the NDC government of mismanaging the economy and promised to revive it when voted into power.
Addressing supporters at Asawase constituency on Wednesday during day-one of his five-day campaign tour in the Ashanti region, he stated that the party will implement its good policy ideas if voted into power to relieve Ghanaians of the suffering.
He assured that his government will implement the free Senior High Schools (SHS) education policy and revamp the ailing National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
‘I am entreating the good people of Ghana to go out in their numbers to vote for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo during the elections to change the fortunes of the country,’ he appealed.
The NPP flagbearer pledged to create jobs for the teeming youth to support their aged parents.
