Samira Bawumia has touted the 2024 New Patriotic Party (NPP) Manifesto as an answer to the economic challenges in Ghana.
Samira Bawumia was present at the Ghana Secondary Technical School (GSTS) in Takoradi, Western Region, when her husband, Vice President and flagbearer of the NPP, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, launched the 2024 NPP manifesto.
The event was attended by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Energy Minister and vice-presidential candidate Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, MP for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong, Communications Minister Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, and others.
On Facebook, Samira Bawumia shared images from the event with the caption: "My husband, the Vice President of Ghana and flagbearer of our great New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, brilliantly outlined the NPP's 2024 inclusive manifesto that will deliver prosperity for every Ghanaian, Insha Allah!"
Ghana goes to the polls on Saturday, December 7. While the NPP fields Dr. Bawumia, the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is led by former President John Dramani Mahama.
