NPP big shots excited over Sir John's 'wahala'

For a fact, many are those within the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) who are very excited that Kwadwo Owusu-Afriyie aka Sir John, has allowed his ranting conduct to land him in serious trouble.

Especially within the top echelon of the NPP, there is a lot of joy that the loud-mouthed and loose-tongued general secretary of the party is sitting on the wrong side of the Supreme Court for extremely abusive and contemptuous conduct.

Sir John is apparently enjoying no sympathy from many persons within his party, because of the manner he continues to irk many within the NPP, as regards, the disgraceful manner in which he conducts himself, as well as the clownish manner he speaks on the Ghanaian airwaves.

Impeccable information reaching The Informer has it that, certain “big shots” have even popped bottles of champagne and smoked very expensive cigars because of the “wahala” that Sir John has brought upon himself.

The Informer can confirm for a fact that, the likes of O.B. Amoah and Nana Olege Akomea, are two of the high-ups who cannot hide their joy at the fact that Sir John is about to appear before the highest court of the Land, for raining insults on the learned justices who are hearing the on-going Election Petition case.

The joy of O.B. Amoah and Nana Akomea is as a result of the manner in which Sir John took them to the cleaners when they suggested to their party’s general secretary to keep his mouth shut because his loose talk in relation to the Supreme Court case was not doing the image of the party any good.

It would be recalled that, Mr. O.B. Amoah and Akomea had been at the receiving end of Sir John’s insulting conduct, when both party members tried to call their general secretary to order; out of the manner he was disgracing the party via his pointless conduct on the airwaves.

Sir John took both party-men to the cleaners for the reason that, he is the elected general secretary of the party and has every right to say anything he wants without anybody having the right to question him.

Indeed, Sir John stated that he is the chief spokesperson of the NPP, and nobody has the right to stop him from speaking.

He poured a lot of scorn on Nana Akomea in particular because of the latter’s intention to put himself up to contest for the position of the NPP General Secretary.

It is for the above-stated reason that O.B Amoah and Nana Akomea in particular are excited that Sir John has run himself into trouble, and are praying that the learned Justices of the Supreme Court will not tamper justice with mercy, but make sure that the ‘loose-tongued loud-mouthed’ Sir John, is caged and his rude behaviour curtailed.

Indeed, in the case of Nana Akomea, because he is seriously eyeing the position of General Secretary of the NPP, a damaged Sir John (in the event that he becomes an ex-convict like Ken Kuranchie), will surely inure to the benefit of the former MP for Okaikoi South.
