Ghanaian sportsmen send wishes to their fans

It’s the season to be merry and our Ghanaian sportsmen have not forgotten that at all. They took time to send the season’s greetings to their many fans.

Black Stars captain and Al Ain striker, Asamoah Gyan, posted on social media site Twitter. He posted a simple one, “Wishing all my fans a Merry Christmas and happy new year.”

Want-away Ghanaian international and AC Milan midfielder, Kevin-Prince Boateng, teamed up with his model girlfriend to send out a message. “Merry Xmas from @sattamelissa (Mellisa) and me to everybody!!!”

Samuel Inkoom, who plays in Ukraine with Dnipro, also remembered to wish the former captain Stephen ‘Tornado’ Appiah a happy birthday too. “Merry Christmas, everybody! And Happy Birthday my big friend Stephen Appiah!! Wish you all the best Captano!”

Now Ghana midfielder, Emmanuel Yaw Frimpong, was not left out. “Merry Christmas to all you beautiful people. One love. Merry #denchmas Everyone hope u all have a great day stay safe.?”

Even the boxers got social. Joseph ‘King Kong’ Agbeko posted: “Merry Christmas to you all. God bless you #Success.”

Black Stars and Juventus midfield enforcer, Kwadwo Asamoah, also got in with the action, thank ing his fans too: “Buon Natale a tutti!! Merry Christmas to you all. Enjoy it and thanks for all your support #KASA”

Udinese midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu: “Merry Xmas and Buon Natale to you all. Have a great day and God bless you all #EAB”

Chievo’s Isaac Cofie: “Merry Christmas to u all…augurii di buon natale a tutti quantiii:-)”

Parma starlet, David Appiah, who is still on a strict training regime at the club took time out to talk to fans. “Merry Christmas to everyone! Stay blessed!””

Samuel Afum, who plays for Smouha SC in the Egyptian league, also posted “Wishing u all a Merry Christmas & a happy prosperous New Year. May we all be seven times better off at this time next year !”

Gideon Baah, Asante Kotoko left back, also sent out a message: “Merry Xmas and a happy new year to all ma fans and well-wishers. Love y’all”

It’s been a while since we heard from him but Quincy Owusu Abeyie has resurfaced in the season. “Merry Christmas Everyone!!”

Dnipro’s Derek Boateng also posted: “Merry Christmas everyone! Every family! God Bless you!”

Reuben Ayarna, midfielder for GAIS in Sweden, also sent out a message but also took time to remember a loved one who passed. “Merry Xmas to you all from Accra to Boston all the way up here Gothenburg, peace be with you… :) RIP LG 21 :( “

David Addy, defender for Portuguese side Vitória Guimarães: “Merry Christmas wishes to you and your loved ones! May this Xmas season bring u delights in all possible forms. May u receive love in abundance and joy that lasts throughout this season.”
