George Afriyie delighted with Liberty’s win over Hearts

Vice President of the Ghana Football Association George Afriyie says he has been touched softly by Liberty’s 1-0 victory over then league leaders Hearts of Oak.

Youngster Issah Mohammed struck on the 18th minutes to give the soccer lads the lead, and tried as the Phobians did they were unable to find a way back into the game.

George Afriyie who is the director of the club says the victory has lightened up his heart.

“It’s was a very good game for us and I always take delight in a good game,” Afriyie said

“We have to take credit in what has been a solid game and I am really happy that we were able to do this.”
