The Ghanaian athletes are all 24 years and above,. Meanwhile none of the American athletes are over 20 years old.

Biologically West africans are built with fast twitch muscle making us naturally predispose sprinters. we need to tap more into that talent and not poach something that is not there. we will not excel at long distance!!
