    What I don't understand is why do you charge us when we don't have power.For the month of April I enjoy watching dstv for only 15 days but ended up paying for the whole month.This is complete ripe off.

    Dstv has been doing us more harm than good. According to their own T&C they are to increase charges not more than 2 times a year but they increased 3times in 2023. I called them but their response was very insulting.
