Our leaders deliberately solicits and connives with disgruntle contractors or trade partners to sue the poor nation and pays millions of dollars in the name of judgement debt, contracts awarded to their cronies are inflated three or four times the price and they share their 'harvest' at the expense of the nation.
Please world bank don't give any money to this govt,clear example is the rehab of Ridge Hospital, over $250 million is being used to rehabilitate a hospital, the same amount is used elsewhere to build one or two new hospital.
