Ghanaian banks should take their time and evaluate what is "MOST IMPORTANT" to their customers before throwing money at such "cash cow" projects. A tiny percentage of Ghanaians use banks and the mechanised systems need to be efficient and that does NOT require technology but human effort. In addition, can banks afford such "gargantuan" costs from Bradley Ziff? Banks should be wary of such "push" to adopt technologies. Nigeria does it! That is no reason to jump on the bandwagon. I encourage all Ghanaian banks to take their time and only use technology when it is absolutely necessary.

Nana, bandwagon it is when it has to be Nigeria which was set as example to follow, if the example were from any of the Western countries Nana will advice Ghanaian banks jumps at it so as to credit yourself with the usual Ghanaian empty self praise of first to do it. The fact is most Ghanaian banks are not that resoureful as to adopt such cutting edge technology in the banking operations, therefore let no-one hide behind small percentage of bank customers in Ghana not to adopt what the rest of the world has embraced in the 21st century. Hosts of Nigerian banks that operates in Ghana who have all acquired the technology equally operates under the same conditions everyone else operates, so why will Nana not accept the Ghanaian banks are weak both finacially and structurely and cannot afford the new technology. Any surprised Nigerian banks despite their late entrances into Ghanaian economy have taken a leading position in the Ghanaian financial market.
