Another useless wast of money and time. how many intellectual presentation haven't we heard about our economy about the so called bottom-up. which one have we implemented for us to review at this stage of our-lives. we keep honoring this useless so called intellects when our basic need of water, medicals, power and education are not dealt with common sense. We do not need any intellectual presentation to tell us the approach, the only way forward is decentralization and how we can effectively manage it against the well resources community and no so well resource. This is the common sense approach.
