    ARE THE FOREIGNERS SELLING LOCALLY MADE GOODS OR FOREIGN.FOREIGNERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL FOREIGN GOODS.IMPORTATION IS THE PROBLEM.

    OWUSU, HOW MANY GHANAIAN RETAIL TRADERS ARE IN GERMANY, AND HOW MANY GERMAN RETAIL TRADERS ARE IN GHANA. MUCH SHOULD NOT BE PAID TO AFRICANS RETAIL TRADERS IN GHANA, EXCEPT INDIAN, CHINESE AND LEBANESE RETAIL TRADERS.

    NIGERIA HAS THE SAME LAW ALREADY IN PLACE YOU FOOL. THAT IS WHY THE CHINESE ARE HERE IN THEIR NUMBERS EXPELLED FROM NIGERIA.
