I can't believe that for one project you have to go to about five agencies for permit, which create corruption, where was GPHA and NPC when the project was started? did they not see them doing the project? why can't all this permit be issued at one spot by forming a committee representing these state agencies? so that all the issues are dealt with simultaneously.

Gpha cannot receive all vessels, let them build the jetties then when their vessels arrives u go and do your inspection as simple as that. besides it's only gas that they will be receiving. don't we have free zones and custom bonded warehouse. GPHA should allow else we will always remain.
They're not the only maritime personnels. I just completed regional maritime university and am planning to build one koraaaa. when am done they should come and break it down with those archaic laws tswwwww
