The prosecution stated that Kumiwaa and the complainant, Musa Issaka= , live at Akim Oda in the Birim Central Municipality of the Eastern Region. Two years ago, Mr. Issaka rented a single room from Kumiwaa's younge= r sister without the knowledge of the family. According to the prosecution, it was at a time that the siblings of Kumiwaa needed a room in the house urgently, to house one of them to nurs= e their sick father.
