We cannot take the shackles of colonization down and pretend we've a quality. We have to work hard to obtain the quality.
Ghana can never become an economic powerhouse if we are so sorely divided and politicians exploit the lowest instincts of the people, tribalism, xenophobia, class envy, insecurity, instead of fostering national unity. In trying to promote disunity politicians are overreaching themselves and we need to put a stop to that.
Average people, thieves, crooks, should not be allowed to sit at the table where and when decisions are made.
It's time for us to recognize and reward talent and industry. It's only in doing this that we'll see talents developed to their fullest potential and the best in our people would no longer be hidden. For far too long we've rewarded laziness and tardiness .
By any reasonable measure of fairness when something breaks it's the responsibility of those who broke it to fix it but nothing like this ever happens. This is because the government does not represent the interests of the people; it represents the interests of a few.
Rich or poor everyone should suffer equally the slings and arrows of our economic downturns and when we do well we must enjoy together.Recently Forbes Magazine rated Ghana the 9th most mismanaged nation. This is unacceptable.
It behoves us to speak out on the issues. We need to become a generic protest vehicle. Let us state firmly and unequivocally that we will no longer have great questions decided by irrelevant agencies and fools.
There can never be peace if our country does not practise equal justice, equal rights and equal opportunities for all of its citizens, regardless of party choice, tribe, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.

Who are you calling Yaa Yaa? You have some growing up to do if you think Ghana is on the right path to economic growth. Sick mind.

Yaa, Yaa Adubea, I entreat you to stop this negativism. These folks are NOT NPP people. This is a laudable effort that all of us: NDC, NPP, PPP, CPP and those without party affiliations should embrace. If we color everything in political lenses, we will not get anywhere. I personally know some of these people and THEY ARE NOT NPP members.

No one is making NDC unpopular. It's their own ineptitude, corruption, mismanagement, misappropriations, etc. that's making them unpopular. What do you take ghanaians for? They can tell the difference between best economic practices that bring economic prosperity and economic mismanagement which results in untold hardships for majority of ghanaians. "Dem belly full but we're hungry. A hungry man is an angry man." These are the words of Bob Marley and they make a lot of sense to suffering people the world over. Take off your opaque glasses and get real. It's not about Mahama or NDC. Only narrow mindedness comes to such a conclusion. It's all about Ghana. We have to hold every administration(NDC, NPP, CPP, PPP, etc) accountable if we ever hope to live in a prosperous and peaceful Ghana .
