Many of them have served for more than ten years on the Board we hope it is not going to be do nothing NPP and NDC affairs the same as was first inaugurated years ago or as it obtains in Ghana. We need more young men and women on the Board to understudy these old folks.

Another issue is the fact that Ghanaian culture is still caught in the "I am older than you" syndrome. As a result, no room for young folks.
