What has he done to improve health care, education and indeed, poverty in his kingdom?
If he has really improved healthcare as is being claimed here, then why is his blood pressure 216/140----that makes him fly to South Africa and beyond for medical care? Has he ever seen any Zulu chief coming to Ghana for health care?
On the question of education, what has he done to salvage the situation? Why are kids still studying under shrubs in his kingdom---whilst his children and the children of his numerous concubines study overseas?
What has he done to combat crime in his kingdom? Look, in any society that education isn't given the importance required, crime abound! This is the reason why Kejetia is like hell-hole! It's even absurd, to talk about the stench emanating from the filth on the streets of the so-called Garden City---yet Kwaku Duah feels good riding around it in his Bentley!

I was at the Ghana High Commission in London a few years ago during adae where in adjudicating over a protracted case of who was Asantefuohene, you stated categorically there is only ONE and therefore all others could not be sanctioned. This is why there is no such 'chief' in the UK! Nana what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.

Until we accept ourselves as unique, we will never develop nor attain anything meaningful in the western world.
How many Ghanaians are proud to clean the arses of westerners (live-in)? How many are proud to scrub toilets and build a mansion back home, only to be buried in it later? Yet, we are quick to condemn our culture because we are in the white man's country and we see all the ills of our culture?
Do you know why people in the western world walk briskly during the winter season? Why should I walk briskly like them in a tropical environment? Would you say that I'm wasting time by not generating sweat onto my clothes, when I'm heading to an important function? Most of our leaders attended school in the west and what has that done for us?

Every Nana will always remember and visit those who have him at heart and make his reign a success. But not those "whose grand uncles once used to make a lot od decisions in Asanteman when they were younger". How many years ago that your great uncles were decision makers? Time changes so think of today everybody needs help so does Nana. My advice to you is organize all those Oyokomma in your area, do what is required of you to your elders and Nana so that in the future Nana will remember to visit you whenever he is the States.
