John Dramani Mahama has no shame and no credibility otherwise he would have appointed this one and only good NDC man Attorney General, not today or yesterday but the very day he assumed the mantle of leadership of this country. But alas, he himself is soiled with corruption big time, hence wouldn't want somebody like Amidu looking over his shoulders. The only way Mahama can win the trust, respect and confidence of the people back in fighting corruption, is to get this man back as soon as possible in the AG's department. Anything less than that is just lip service.

How can we waste the talent of such a person as Mr. Amidu baffles and boggles my mind. Are we that stupid? Damn!

We see in Iraq/Syria the announce of the Islamic caliphate state and their map which now includes Ghana and the whole of West Africa .Most people are ignorant of the fact that unlike in Christianity and other religions whereby the leaders or priests are men of peace in Islam their imams or priests advocate for war and destruction of the non believers and when war starts every single one of them assumes the title emir and becomes the captain of a murderous horde as we saw in Libya and with the boko haram. The mosque is not only a place of worship but an army fortress or barracks and that is why they must in the design in every area which is not predominately Muslim its required to have a tall reconnaissance tower. we see in Accra and other places these mosques spring up all over the place at militarily very strategic positions but we are vigilant and when our bloody revolution starts we will raze all these structures to the ground and drive out this menace from our midst . It's as visionary endeavors against visionless, purposeless, unimaginative, and indiscriminate loot of national coffers. Where on earth could a government be in arrears of almost all statutory payments? Yourself could add to all these!

The late Atta Mills (May his soul rest in peace) and the John Mahama NDC vigorously campaigned that the Kufuor administration was corrupt, so they need to take over. They are in government for almost six years now.

Which competent court of law has convicted any NPP government official or functionary for any corruption offence? Could you objectively cry wolf where there is no wolf? Is Ghana a jungle state in which people are convicted before trial?

Dear friend, if the corrupt NDC government could not account for the numerous scandals against the people and their economy, do not pretend to fan a deceptive political equation between the two parties so as to cover the misdeeds of this highly corrupt government that has brought Ghanaians to this fate. It's really unpatriotic to do that!

One of the parties is obviously heading towards a doomsday whilst the other has a bright future. How then could they be a same?

I think we would be restricting our options too tight to be focusing only on Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia for our salvation. If the mistakes of the NDC incumbent Administration alone are what many are using to claim a wonderful recovery for Ghana with Akufo-Addo and DR. Bawumia, then I would say many other folks out there could prove equally effective for a change.

But we need more than just correcting the errors of the Mahama Administration. And for that matter we have to look way past the personality cult die-hard supporters of Akufo-Addo have built around him.

Maybe, a few more Sardines, and a little more Milk and Sugar might ease up the panic of many Ghanaians, when the Akufo-Addo train comes to occupy the Station. But we need more than just that. We need all hands on deck to improve our productivity and expand our Economy with more exports. We need leadership folks who can organize the wider Citizenry to work together to produce more, and open up more Markets for our local produce. We need leaders who can negotiate better for us to earn more than 13.5% shares from our Natural Resources. We need leaders who can reach all corners of our Nation to draw in talents, skills and hardwork from all, and take our equal access to justice seriously. We need a political leadership that is not prone to Judicial manipulation to thwart people's quest for Justice, no matter where they come from, or what Political ideology they may be associated with.

The same old, cynical, insincere attempts by our Politicians at reaching out to all while quietly and secretly concentrating on seeking most of our Wealth to themselves and their few cronies won't cut it for us. This is the time when the sharp edges of divisive rotten ethnic-flavored ideologies that polarized Ghana for decades on end should be blunted to allow any widening seams among us fuse together for a stronger Nation.

For as long as Akufo-Addo remains silent on the need for stronger ethnic relationships among us, encouraging us to think about Ghana first before Party or Tribe, and not apologizing for his infamous "'Yen Akanfo de'...all die be die" Mantra, he still falls under my list of least preferred candidates for the Presidency, no matter what economic promise he makes to the Nation. I know many following the near-octagenarian would not agree. But he still has the odious divisive tag around his neck, something that undermined his chances in the last Elections. He has not taken that off yet, let alone practically started working to shed that inimical reputation to attract more non-Akan votes.

What Ghanaians ought to understand at this point where our inclusion into the Middle-Income Nations has begun taking toll on us is that no matter what lofty economic plans our politicians claim to woo our votes, we would see a chaotic, disruptive environment, still susceptible to Corruption and graft, to the detriment of the ordinary majority, if we do not have our national cohesion at a reasonable level.

We must not be fooled into thinking that Bawumia's attachment to Akufo-Addo for the Presidency alone reflects the former NPP Flagbearer's commitment to true diversity. While Dr. Bawumia might do his best to straighten out our macroeconomic outlook, our increased mistrust for one another, ethnically, could keep us on edge, and disrupt our local integral economic performance.

Had Dr. Bawumia been the Flagbearer with any other as his potential Vice, I would be more hopeful. With the current slate of candidates, I would trust the Kyeremateng ticket more to deliver a better ride for the Nation than the Akufo-Addo train.

There is a certain combination of knowledge and humility in political leadership that works best for a Nation, and that is absent from the Akufo-Addo Camp. It is not necessarily the number of PhD. holders who parade support for any particular candidates that holds the key to our relief and growth. It is the quality of the commitment of the collective leadership to solving our problems that matters most at this point. An average educated Ghanaian Politician with impeccable integrity and inspiring commitment to the Nation's democratic success could pull together many a powerful knowledge-corp that would pull Ghana through to the top, politically and economically.

There are many PhD. holders who may not be posting their support behind any particular candidate at this time but would not hesitate to offer their enviable intellectual and professional skills to assist the right candidate to serve Ghana fully and most productively. They span the entire ethnic spectrum of the Country.

So, my appeal to the general Public, especially, the electorate, is to be at their most thoughtful not to vote on the wave of their emotional rejection of the current Administration alone, nor the calculated elevation of the personality of any individual per se by only those who stand to gain most for such person's leadership.

Much of the above consideration would be needed for the NPP congress to elect the Flagbearer of the Party, given the likelihood that the NPP candidate among those of other Parties stands the greatest chance to replace NDC's Mahama for our Presidency.

Honestly, with the ongoing cannibalization within the NPP, I wish there were some other viable third Party that might include the likes of Dr. Bawumia, Dr. Kwaku Frimpong-Boateng, Dr. Nduom, Alan, Nii Moi-Thompson, D. Kennedy, Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe, Dr. Brobbey-Wireko and Kwame Pianim who have demonstrated real patriotic zeal to help save what is left of Ghana, beyond the restrictive impositions of Party or Tribe.

And no, I am not calling for any One-Party, 'Unigov' style leadership for the Nation. I am calling for a pragmatic, open-minded leadership that sees the Nation's success in our full harnessing of our diversified background.

What I can say in brief is that, you seem to be agitated by Nana's phraseology of "We Akanfuo" mantra. Because I know you have used it in most of your writings or responses.

What I deeply would suggest for you to look through properly is the formation of this NDC personnel in office at the moment and tell me how many AKANS are there.

Furthermore, how many of them do you think are astute enough to sit on the Business Roundtable with the Financial Oligarchy and Industrialists to discuss about Foreign Investments in Ghana??

If you haven't by now come to the realisation of a very simple PLOT against AKANS BY THIS GOVERNMENT then I am afraid you are NOT being honest with yourself.

When you say "all hands on deck" which I agree, do you refer to the inclusion of the NDc Ministers??

As much as I want to see competent incorruptible in the likes of NAna and Dr bawumia at the helm of affairs in Ghana , I am afraid to say in so far as we have this present structure of the EC in place and Afari Gyan there' a high probability that they will steal the election again. And you should know that Nana & DrBawumia never lost the 2012 election, it was also stolen. And why will they do it again? Because they know they can and will with impunity. In Ghana today, the security forces and the Judiciary has over the years and as cultivated by Rawlimgs and his P/NDC inducted the security forces and the judiciary into the P/NDC and ultimately made them a political wing of the NDC. Look at the composition and the power structure that has been purged of other tribes especially the Akans and you will understand what I am talking about. So to level the playing field and give every party a fair chance the structure of the EC must change and change now. It is the first step in bringing good governance to Ghana. But I know the NDc is going to fight this tooth and nail for the reason that this ploy that theycreated and are superidenting over is working for them. That is the reason why this massive corruption goes on unabated. Look at all the people Rawlings murdered, and for what? The party he founded The NDC is wreaking criminal and economic havoc in Ghana, in a short span of 6 yrs. Look at where Kuffuor left us and where we are today. Any party that inherits Mahama's filth work of borrow and borrow, "create, loot and share" you are in for a shock. As usual as Rawlings did they will strip clean their offices and take every thing home with them, especially the govts. vehicles and the incoming govt will have nothing to start with as they did when Rawlings handed over to Kuffuor. It is time Ghanaians take back their country from these NDC thieves,bandits and corrupt con men, who propaganda has included "probity and accountabilty, "better Ghana Agenda, only to submerge you into an economic abyss as the sent thiei kids to attend school abroad and robbed us blind.

My understanding of the matter is, these organisers have formed this Association in support of both Nana and Bawumia Ticket as a prelude to redeeming the country from the GUTTERS and the ECONOMIC HARDSHIP that has befallen on the people.

Therefore, whether they are just couple of friends, Enemies, Married Folks, etc. who cares???

Isn't it time some of you people sat down and evaluate or assess the vast damage that this DULLARD MAHAMA GOVERNMENT has inflicted on Ghanaians??

Let me remind YOU that majority of Ghanaians in the Diaspora do have some significant sway in the Economic aspects of the country; because when we decide to limit our remittances home it significantly affects the Ghanaian Economy.

This is more the reason why the government is momently having problem acquiring $$$. Why should I keep sending MONEY into my Foreign Account in Ghana when the government is going to tamper with it???

So please do think positively and avoid pettiness in this very important issue.
