This presupposes that the the heads of the executive, legislature and the judiciary are all employees of Ghanaians because they work for the people of Ghana. Consequently, if the employer (Ghanaians) through his representatives in parliament directs one of his employees to take an action, can that employee say that he will not heed to the instruction from his employer, unless he is told to so by another employee?. Is that the situation we are facing with this LGBT bill , where an employee disregards instruction from his employer until another employee directs him to carry out the instruction or not.?.

And how has such a beautiful country fallen into the hands of brainless and incompetent lawmakers? That law makers do not understand or do not respect the legal institutions in the country? How on earth could parliament, a so-called law making body force the president to go ahead and sign a bill which is a subject of a suit pending before a competent court of jurisdiction? And if the president goes ahead to sign the bill, and the position of the plaintiffs are upheld by the court, what happens next? Is parliament there to satisfy the whims and caprices of a political party that is hungry for power or to unbiasedly work within the ambit of the constitution? Infact I am not getting it. If the bill has no challenges pending at the law court, then the president is liable and could be impeached for failing to satisfy a constitutional demand. And if Akufo Addo goes ahead to sign the bill as it stands now, what precedence is he setting? Bagbin and all those behind this shit should rather pile pressure on the court, if they think they have that power to pressure the court , to sit and make a determination on the suit brought about against the bill. The bill has been passed. A Private full-blooded Ghanaian has gone to court to challenge the bill. The court is yet to sit on the case and Bagbin and his cohorts want the president to ignore the pending suit and go ahead and sign the bill into law. What nonsense is that? Is the LGBTQ bill the most pressing issues facing Ghana? This a case of a misplaced priority. Shame unto Bagbin and his followers! There should be no mad rush about this bill. I had a case of a person building on my land for which I issued an interim injunction.
The court did not apply the interim injunction and the person continue to build util the matter was judge in my favour.
There was a case after perpetual injunction against the defendant in 2017 he took labourers I send to the land to plant sugarcane for me to the Anloga Police Station attempt to harm, when he want there with his brother to stop them from planting the crop.
I however have the picture of him and his brother holding offensive weapon and preventing the labourers from working.
The money I invested got lost in the process.
It looks like according to the courts an injunction may be from non-mersh and a merch.
