You just didn't think through before you entered into this relationship. Tell her the truth , because you can't keep this as a secret.

The corpse will certainly be brought home for burial. You got a call she was admitted in hospital, who had your contacts in the hospital and called ? How did she get back into the country and hospital after over 2years absence?
For the pregnancy tell the man and let him decide which one of you he wants to settle with. If he chooses her then move away and allow for co parenting.

Which bodies could be laid in state. These are not Ghanaians who will put the contents of three Zoomlion bags into eight (8) big coffins. And you have men crying at the sight of coffins.
