A little old lady went to the grocery store to buy cat food.
She picked up four cans and took them to the check out counter.
The girl at the cash register said, "I'm sorry, but we
cannot sell you cat food without proof that you have a cat. A lot of old people buy cat food to eat, and the management wants proof that you are buying the cat food for your cat."[br>[br>
The little old lady went home, picked up her cat and brought
it back to the store. They sold her the cat food.[br>[br>
The next day, she tried to buy two cans of dog food. Again
the cashier said "I'm sorry, but we cannot sell you dog food without proof that you have a dog. A lot of old people buy dog food to eat, but the management wants proof that you are buying the dog food for your dog."
So she went home and brought in her dog. She then was able to buy the dog food.[br>[br>
The next day she brought in a box with a hole in the lid.
The little old lady asked the cashier to stick her finger in the hole.
The cashier said, "No, you might have a snake in there."
The little old lady assured her that there was nothing in
the box that would harm her.
So the cashier put her finger into the box and quickly
pulled it out. She said to the little old lady, "That smells like SH** !!!."
The little old lady said, "It is. I want to buy three rolls of
toilet paper.

Globalization had impacted negatively on developing countries to the advantage of Multinational National Companies. As a result the balance between organize labour and and the state had shifted to the benefit of the invincible hand of the market. That means the economy of Ghana could be determined in America or England by a single movement of a lever. Our economy can be manipulated depending on how these powerful forces feel.Zimbabwe is a typical example of such manipulation. It is interesting how the apologist for the market and western interest are alarmed that a fellow non aligned member head of state is coming to Ghana on a state visit. They are afraid and rightly so because when you offend the west they will use this mechanism to punish you. This same mechanism was used to prevail on Africa to support SC Resolution 1973 in the Libyan crisis which the west and NATO comprehensively abused and hence the stalemates and lack of decision in the security council. No agreement on Syria or even N Korea.Ban ki Moom the puppet of Western interest will destroy this great organization.
The apologist who will easily go along with these concepts must respect the rule of law. When you want power to govern a country, we have the right to question your credentials so that you don't sell our country to your ideological base without a thorough analysis. At least we have the right to know Akufo Addo's qualification as a lawyer. We deserve that courtesy.
