Actually, cases and proceedings at the Supreme Court MUST be closed to the general public. ONLY the legal team representing the case must be in the court. The court was at fault for making taking the case to TV for the viewing of the general public. Also Supreme Court must not discuss cases before it to any reporter, or even the general public, not even allow the the President to indulge in any discussion of the case until a ruling on the case has been issued.Radio stations that invite politicians to appear on their programs must also be curtailed. The airwaves is not the place for anyone to stage their political battles. The airwaves must serve as educational platforms for discussions on issues affecting the lives of citizens, not to serve as a boxing ring for some ignorant people who call themselves politicians to fight their political battles. If such restrictions are enforced and stations are fined or even shut down for breaking these rules they will learn their lessons.

People even in the NPP are still waiting for the bullet to kill the elephant-
if cj left this preceedings only to the spine doctors on both npp &NDC Ghana would have been on the parth of verbal wars -
the second Point is that most descerning ghanaians who lost faith in the judicial System had begun changing their mind by saying all is not lost, we can still do something better to improve ourselfs.
thirdly it has Review and deeping peoples understanding when it Comes to Democracy and elecion.
i will call for more telecast of our court preceedings , even if it can be life covrage at least let us have ´some foottages in our library to be visited
lastly i hope and pray the cj to install cameras in all our court rooms to answer the question (who watch the watchman?)

Dr Borkor, please note and take it from me. "NO MAN PASS NO MAN" You have been
around long enough to know that positions we all hold today in society are temporal and fleeting. What is happening in Ghana, like anything else that has happened before this one, will only end up as a passage in our history books and people may or may not even bother to read it. No one will care a hoot about these happenings ten years from today. When Nkrumah was President, he probably acted to show that "Man Pass Man; Dadie bi twa dadie mu." Where is he? Today, Rawlings is struggling everyday to feel significant. Mind you, not too long ago, he felt he was or rather people felt he was "Man Pass Man".
When Jesus Christ stood before Pontius Pilate 2000 years ago, Pontius Pilate thought he was "Man Pass man". In fact, he was quoted to have asked Jesus, “Don’t you know that
I have the power to kill you or set you free.” Do you recall Jesus’ answer to that? 2000
years later, the name Pontius Pilate is only mentioned in passing as the story of Jesus is being told. It may seem far-fetched to you now, but don’t be surprised that within your life time, Sammy Awuku, the boy standing before the mighty Supreme Court judges with his tail tucked between his legs will be your President. The mighty God works in mysterious ways. That is when you will experience real “MAN PASS MAN”
If the leaned judges, in their wisdom., are asking us to mind our words, let us all learn
to mind our words. We should not expect others to do what we don’t want to do.

It was the week before thanksgiving. Little Tommy had a nightmare, and went up to his parents room, found them having sex, and heard, "oh, yes, suck my c*ock!" and "yes, baby, yes! Lick my titties!" He asked his parents what c*ocks and titties wee, and they said, coats and hats.
The next day, his parents had a fight. The mom called the dad a bastard, and the dad called the mom a bitch. Finally, it was thanksgiving!
Tommy got up from bed and went into the bathroom. His dad was shaving, cut his cheek, and said, Shit! Tommy asked him what shit ment, and dad said it was the brand of shaving cream.
Tommy went into the kitchen, to find that his mom dropped the turkey. F*uck! she screamed. Tommy asked her what f*uck ment, and she said it was another word for stuffing the turkey.
The doorbell rang, and Tommy went to get it. He opened it up to find his relatives. When he was asked where mom and dad were, he tried to impress them by using his new words by saying "bitches, and bastard, give me your c*ocks and titties to hang in the closet. Dad's in the bathroom wiping shit off his face, and moms in the kitchen f*ucking the turkey.

I am for decent language and respect for the SC judges. But how many us have also examined or considered whether there is any iota of truth in what Awuku said.Obviously, the language is important but the substance is even more important, because if there is any truth in what Awuku said, whether is real or just a perception, would have far reaching implications on the security of the the nation than what Justice Atuguba wants us to believe. But for this move by the honourable court, I never would have known that Awuku and Ken Kuranchie,(aka nose)are just pet dogs.I thought they are men with two balls in between their legs! From the very moment things started falling apart for the NPP,where it has been very clear that they don´t have any reason to compel the SC to cancel over four million votes in order to coronate Akufo Addo as the president of this country, the NPP members have started finding faults on some of the judges, infact, the impartial and upright ones who would not dance to their tunes. Not those who had been packed there by Kufour to destroy people he perceived to be his political enemies. The NPP is inciting its members against the judges having now realised that the dire is cast and that no amount of blood sacrifice can safe them the disgrace they have allowed one single selfish individual to bring upon the party.
For how long would they go on telling their supporters lies? Lies, damm lies all over at every least opportunity! The truth is that, the supreme court will not be cowed and will do the right thing. After the verdict, those who called themselves men can demonstrate it.Never shall we as a nation, allow these tribal grouping and nation looters come to power.Thank God, they have systematically damaged the party beyond repairs. We live to see.

What the court is doing is anti-democratic. It is dangerous. The Supreme Court may have a whip, in your parlance. But consider that the Supreme Court does not have its own Police Force, or Armed Forces, with its own rifles, bullets, and batons.

The SC's actions against him are tantamount to denying him of his constitutional and democratic rights, and his rights as someone living in a "civilised" country. Do you agree that it could extend to others if not checked?
That the judges saw Samuel Awuku's comments contemptuous paints a grim picture of Ghana's so-called democracy.
In fact we are worried that the judges are now behaving like village tyrants and witch hunters.
Of course, Ghanaians (must) respect them and their work but that does not mean that they are above the law or can act with impunity.
