People who have played the game before would do a better job than nyantakyi...with his administrative background working with fifa, tony baffoe would be the perfect fit for football administration in ghana...our local league is nothing to cheer about as we are kicked out club championships in the first round...every tom, dick n harry leaves the country to go seek pro football...i want a gfa boss who will make a law that will require every ghanaian player to, at least, play in the local league for two years, before getting his intnl transfer certificate to go play outside...this will make our local league more competitive and make the teams stronger to compete in the african club champs and make the black stars stronger...what are ghana players doing in vietnam, bangladesh and nepal?...if for the money, (which it is and not for football) then i think playing in ghana would be far better...the yardstick for measuring somebody's performance, in this case football administration, is the number of trophies he has won...and nyantakyi has won nothing for black stars since his incumbency...and so why should he go opposed...that is why i will prefer people like tony baffoe, abedi pele, tony yeboah, marcel dessaily and others to head the gfa...and not somebody who is authoritative and money-conscious like nyantakyi.

No matter what you think, a lot of Ghanaians believe that with this current Black Stars, we should have done far better, starting from winning the African cup. It didn't happen, and apart from a 6-1 win against Egypt, Ghanaians have had to be anxious in all our matches, not sure whether we would win or loose a match. This is not a sign of confidence in any team. Yes Nyantakyi may have set a high standard, Ghanaians will welcome a better administrator and a more effective technical team who can take us to the next level.

No one is indispensable so yes advocate for a candidate but allow the democratic process to find the best to lead the nation's darling sport!
Good and bad bosses will come and go the process will hire and fire the best to lead.

He has just been luck, together with the coach, that we have good players who when put on the field will produce. the match against Egypt showed how incompetent the coach is...can you think of any game that they played completely as a team? the 6-1 win over egypt. each goal was an individual goal...nothing like passing the ball through cohesion and scoring. when you meet a strong defense those individual goals will be had to come by.

We have the talent to even do better than this with or without Nyantakyi.There is no doubt that the writers hand is in the packet of Nyantakyi and that is how things are done. This mafia organization is not all inclusive than you can think. Players have to play to their tune, you know what I mean. One day they will be exposed for how they are enriching themselves. Apart from the Black Stars, everything else does not matter. The local league is worst now than anytime in the history of the league. Look at the facilities we have and tell me how in Gods name now should we think he is the only man for the job. Please, for once stop being selfish and lets Ghana realize her full potential without all these corruptions.

This idiot mentions grassroots football thats a joke, what has the GFA done for colts or second division football in Accra, let alone the rest of the nine regions; why are we still playing league football on pitches with rocks not even stones ? why are division one referees not paid for three years? How can an FA president claim to sign a lucrative deal for premiership football with GLO a communications company who want publicity and have got it by not paying any monies ? And by the way Ghana have qualified for previous World cups not because of Nyantakyi but because we are fortunate to have a lot of skilful and now experienced players playing in europe, who almost all played on those rough pitches that he is not investing in ,but rather buying themselves nice 4x4s and paying bonuses to commitee members who did not kick a ball, God help this country.
