Thank you for bringing this out. These headmasters charging criminal fees must be sacked when caught. That'll be a sufficient deterrent for any thief of a headmaster thinking about charging such fees.

Many of these 'bad' high school officials have amassed vast fortunes,and put up mansions in the big urban areas,far removed from the prying eyes of the people who are being taken advantage of.

Thank you for this article. My wife and I take care of her niece, she called and said the same thing. Now corruption has become so low that, even educating our future children has become a victims. I told my wife last two month ago about the school fees been expensive not that I could not afford it, but I was worried about people who could not afford it. It is time we set up fee education for all people. After 50 plus years, many people have not benefits from our independence.
