I have long observed that the Presidents speeches often fall flat and are unable to capture the essence/significance of the occassion thus does set the right tone for his audience. The 'cut and paste' from previous speeches are too obvious and sometimes there certain expressions that are too colloqial for his high office especially when the setting is serious and h?ghly formal. Surely the speech writers can do better. And I don't want the job, I am satisfied with the one I have.

A good Speechwriter is important but when the man fronting the speech is lacking the ability/competence to deliver on those speeches (irrspective of how good they are) then that is the real crying shame.
