JSS kids are forced to pay 50 cedis each per term and for 2 years to help buy a single school bus. 50 x 3 x 2 x 500 students = 150,000 new Ghana cedis= 1.5 billion Ghana cedis.

What is happening to mother Ghana schools where any head teacher or headmaster can impose fees without permission from GES and the sector minister? May the Almighty have mercy on us.

If any parent has paid up, the monies must be refunded. This is a diabolical way to condone self-aggrandizement at the expense of parents. The students need refurbishment of their living and learning environment.
