I am really glad that I am not the only one who sees the stellsr qualities of YB. We are talking about a seasoned unifier who has the record to back it up. This party is at a crossroad heavily divided along factional lines, and this does not argur well for 2016. Anybody other tha YB will simply not cut it. To present a united front against NDC in 2016 we need a leader who can garner support from either side of the divide and also able to secure the trust of our northern brothers. This is a man who spent his early formative years in Bolgatanga, and also worked next to the late Vice President Aliu Mahama. You can't get any better than this. This is a man of national appeal and I will appeal to NPP supporters to put the party's interest above factional politics. We need a different Secretary General to move the party ahead, NOT a clone of Asiedu Nketia.

YAW BOABENG ASAMOAH IS NOT A GOOD COMMUNICATOR. WHENEVER HE IS ON RADIO OR TV AND THEY ARE DEBATING ISSUES, HE ALWAYS HAS PROBLEMS WITH FIGURES. WE DONOT NEED SUCH PEOPLE

My friend we are not looking for a perfect candidate. Remembering and spitting out figures on national TV is just a miniscule part of the functions of a General Secretary. We are looking for someone who can build bridges across the various factions of the party. Having been able to work effectively with all sections of the party in the past, speaks volumes about the character of this man. He is an intelligent, humble and seasoned lawyer who has been schooled in NPP party politics since 1992. He's been there, done that.

YB is very good. He is witty and intelligent. He is dedicated. He gives apt replies during debates. He is my preferred candidate. But thats not to say I will not give the winner, whoever, my staunchest support
